Over on the Dead Simple RPG page you will find two new supplements:

  • Dead Simple – Supplement 6B Dark Forests…
  • Dead Simple – Supplement 6C Death is only the beginning…

The first covers all those less than pleasant denizens of classic fantasy forests, but some of them are a bit different from what you might expect. There are Bane Elves, Slith, Beastmen of all varieties, the mighty Trolls, Ogres, Treemen, Needlemen and Leprechauns.

The second is full of every DM’s favourite bad guys – The Undead. In the single page format for which Dead Simple is known we have Zombies, Skeletons, Golems, Necromancers, Dark Masters, Vampires and their Thralls, Mummy High Priests and their mummified Guards, Wraiths, Ghosts and Wights!

I can never understand why other system’s Monster Manuals and bestiaries take up so much space ;)

Let me know what supplements you’d like next, ok?

Christmas and the few weeks after are always a very slow time for me. Its all the getting up and going to work in the dark and returning in the dark that dampens my creativity.

But hey! The days are getting noticeably longer and I can feel my mental sap rising. So cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the rules of war!

And.... in the pipeline we have the following supplements for Dead Simple:

  • Supplement 4 - The Marketplace [Goods & Services, including Henchmen],
  • Supplement 6D A Parcel of Rogues [Some human enemies for the Adventurers], and
  • Supplement 11 Oh My God! [Deities and how to serve them].

By now you might have noticed the inconsistent numbering. This is due to me picking and choosing what I work on from my original numbered list of supplements as the spirit moves me.

I shall also start work on some long overdue adventures.
