For a long time my New Year's Resolution was to "Break all New Year's Resolutions within 30 days".

That said I really do need to get behind the brush more. With that in mind I have already painted sixty dwarves this holiday (the cheap ones from EM-4 I was raving about).  I'll have to take some photo's like I promised I would.  I have been aiming at a 'army standard' for them, I'll leave the better paint-jobs for the leaders.

So only ninety more of these dwarves to finish...

So, are any of you setting targets or making hobby resolutions?

Cheers,

Craig.

 ":)HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL:)"

Yes Craig my "resolution" is to stay with 1/72 plastics which i have kepted, over the festive period i bought 4-5 boxes of ceasar figures mainly moderns. Also getting them painted and based and photos put here.

This i know i will stick to as the price of metals is far to much for me and i want to dump my "metals" anyway.I did treat myself to a box of Perry miniatures, the new "English archers and pikemen" they are superb!!.Also i need to start decorating my flat and catching up with a few things around the place.

Now everything is back to normal i will start painting and modelling after i finish work and play on xbox live at the weekends. So i get the best of both worlds:).Apart from this i am very well and very happy with everything. Also my budget for figures and vehicles will be about £20 a week i think at the moment thats enough,i get alot for that at the moment.

I will keep to this and be happy with it,maybe a little extra now and then but all in all i am glad about my resolution:),there is more than enough on this forum to keep me inspired so i do not look anywhere else and get tempted by anything else.

Thank you again for the link to "Wills" blog,he really is inspiring and brilliant thank you:)

So from a very happy :)TONY:),

I hope your new year goes brilliantly for all of us and that your families are well and happy, and everything good comes your way:)

Your mate as always cheers tony:)

I really have far too much invested in 25-28mm now, but am releievd that other comapnies are now coming online with decent plastics.

Have you seen Mantic Games yet?  A real alternative to GW fantasy.
