Upgrading your 1k token board
So you've got your 1000 tokens and you're on the grind towards 1750 and beyond but you'd like something to tide you over in the meantime. How about spending a few minutes upgrading to the improved 1000 token board? As you can see from the comparison stats below the improved board adds +100 health and nano, +10 comp lit and +1% xp gain; all worth while and not to be sniffed at.

This guide will take you through the Omni version of the quest, there's a Clan one too if you're that way inclined but I don't have any details, sorry.
Our first step is to locate Bahirae Serugiusu who is in the centre of Omni Trade. You need to be level 150+ or Bahirae won't talk to you, this isn't a mission for the tiny toons.

Chatting to her will get you the quest. There are options to choose Tir or 4 Holes, I chose 4 Holes as this is a pvp quest and Tir will be full of Clanners whereas 4 Holes is usually empty so even though you will be flagged there shouldn't be anybody to bother you. You can be teamed for this quest and you may need some help if you've been industrious and got your 1k board early.

There's a one hour timer on this quest so we need to get a move on. First job is to get to 4 Holes. You could use the whompah but you'd be set upon as you exited and if you're level 150 or so that's not a pleasant experience. The grid is a safer option.

You exit the grid here, down that ramp is a very nasty Unionist Foreman that you want to avoid at all costs. If he does set on you try to lead him into the Player City behind you where the Omni guards will keep him occupied for a long time. Providing the Foreman is not around you can buff up here and then follow the road south to where the Militant Unionists hang out.

Here's the general layout.

The Militant Unionists congregate on top of this building which is lucky because it's far enough away from the rest of the Unionists that they could well ignore you for the whole length of your visit. There is a ramp on the far side which accesses the roof if you're on foot.

Here's the other side showing the ramp.

These are the guys we're after, the info is wrong, they're not that tough and killing five isn't a problem if you can manage the adds, they are very keen to help each other out and a crowd can gather very quickly.
These guys are ones to avoid, they're much nastier and can be a real problem if you're around level 150. You don't need to kill these for the quest so if you can avoid them do so.
Once you kill the five Militant Unionists two of these Battle Awards will spawn in your inventory and the mission will update telling you to return to Bahirae Serugiusu. these Battle Awards are just special tokens worth 5 each, right click them to use.
Once you return to Bahirae Serugiusu you can get the second part of the quest. This varies depending on your level but unless you're 200+ you will be sent to kill Unionist Agitator Scarpese amd return with his briefcase.
As you can see from the earlier map Unionist Agitator Scarpese is in the complex by the grid. To avoid the Unionists and the formidable Foreman you need to make your way around the outside until you reach the access road where my character is on the map below.
Unionist Agitator Scarpese is standing behind a ramp next to the Subsea Resort. There should only be a single Unionist guard between you and him.
Click on Image for a bigger versionHe's harder to kill than the Militant Unionists but nothing special, don't forget you can bring friends if you have to. He's far enough out of the way that nobody should come to his aid if you dispose of the single sentry first. Once he's dead loot his briefcase and return once again to Bahirae Serugiusu to claim your reward. As soon as you kill Unionist Agitator Scarpese you will see a nano formula running in your NCU called Union Buster, this confers a +10% XP bonus that lasts for two hours, time for a bit of missioning perhaps before it wears off.
Once you turn in the briefcase you will receive two more Battle Awards and a standard Bravery Token as well as the Omni-Tek Award - Triumphant Flags of Glory and Redemption and The Token T-Shirt which you can wear with pride to show your achievement. Congratulations! Finally, I received 664083 XP and 6600 credits as well, this will, of course, vary for you depending on your level etc.
A couple of further things, you will be pvp flagged doing this quest so be careful until it wears off.
Also, you will receive a timer mission preventing you from re-doing this mission for 12 hours. Once this 12 hours is up you're free to do both missions again which makes for a very quick way to get another 20+ tokens each time.
Finally, here I am with Randulf posing in our snazzy new t-shirts. Felix is looking miffed because, as usual, he did most of the work and got nothing.

Higher level version of the quest

Thanks to Chrys from the Anarchy Online Forums for the following details about the higher level version of this quest.
For the high level encounter, you will be sent to kill 5x Sentinel Sergeants (located in the SW corner of Tir); or 5x Unionist Loyalists (located near Chalceus, on CSP map); followed by killing Sentinel Commander Higgins, near the centre of Tir (if you leave Tir Arena towards the centre of Tir, he's just around the Subway block you see when you zone in).
Getting to Chalceus is best done with a speeder or yalm or parrot or quantum wings as the main entrance gets you a lot of normal Unionists.
Tir is pretty safe for either tl5/7 versions - they're both in tiny corners that no one ever goes and if you're fast, you shouldn't be more than 5-10 minutes in the zone. Incidentally, the minute you ding 200, you get the high level version.
Rewards are pretty much identical (the mission token award you get from handing in the briefcase gives you more tokens than if you were at tl5). Higgins has been nerfed to heck, he's dead easy for a tl7 to solo, though the adds can be annoying (mezz works good because they re-spawn very fast).
